Unlike pencil or digital drawing, you can’t go back once you’ve made a mark with a ballpoint pen: every stroke is final and irreversible. It’s a demanding technique that requires patience, concentration, and extreme precision.
This means there’s no room for corrections: if I had to redo the drawing, I’d have to start from scratch. That’s what makes each ballpoint pen and ink portrait unique, precious, and rare.
By choosing this technique, you are agreeing to trust my artistic vision. It is a meticulous and organic craft that requires time and true technical skill. This is also what gives your artwork its full value and authenticity.

The pencil is a classic medium that also allows for subtlety in shading and gradations. Here, too, each stroke is executed with meticulous care and patience, resulting in a delicate, organic, and authentic look.
